About Us

Hey there! I’m Sherry Pierce, owner of Studio08.

I have always been drawn to beautiful items and designs and was born with a love for working through the tiniest details. I discovered a passion for event planning while serving as social chairman for my sorority at Auburn University. 

I went on to develop a diverse career, taking on a variety of roles that each helped shape the event planning and promotion skills I use today. I developed a flair for fashion at Parisian, where I worked in special events and served as public relations director. I started a high-end clothing store, Dragonfly, and honed my craft of careful curation. I handled marketing, public relations, as well as event creation and development for America’s Junior Miss, as I gained valuable experience in promotion and coordination (and found my passion for non-profits). 

Throughout my career, I have produced major convention events, weddings, and private events for corporations, individuals, and nonprofit agencies throughout the Mobile Bay area and Southeast Region. I’m as passionate about event planning as ever, and I love taking my clients’ initial ideas and following them through to completion to create exceptional events that exceed expectations from start to finish.
